If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [INFO@SEOULROASTERY.CO.NZ]. To help us assess your request, we may ask for photographs or additional details about the issue.

Once we receive your request and review the details, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your financial institution’s policies.

In cases where a refund is issued, any return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the issue was caused by an error on our part. Alternatively, if a replacement or repair is more appropriate, we may offer that option instead of a refund. Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been used or altered.

This refund policy is intended to complement your statutory rights as a consumer under New Zealand law.
